KH Photography reserves the right to correct any such errors without prior notice.

All products are made to order through trusted third-party print partners (including Printify). As such, slight variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur between the images displayed online and the final product received. These variations are not considered defects.

KH Photography is not responsible for delays, customs charges, or additional fees applied by postal services, shipping carriers, or border authorities. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

1. General Information

  • KH Photography is an independent photography brand offering fine art prints, produced and shipped through trusted print partners (including Printify).

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via this website.

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Products

  • All prints are made to order. Colours may vary slightly between the images shown online and the final printed product due to monitor settings, materials, and printing processes.

  • Sizes are listed as accurately as possible but may have minor variations due to production tolerances.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase via the secure checkout process.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Fulfilment times may vary depending on the print provider.

  • Orders are shipped from the United States. Delivery times vary by destination:

    • US: 2–5 business days after production

    • UK & EU: 7–15 business days after production

    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs or courier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As each print is custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-defective items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

  • Lost shipments must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • All photographs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of KH Photography and are protected by copyright law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any images without prior written permission.
