Shipping Policy - the basics

Order Processing
In general, most orders are shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order depending on the product and print provider. Once production is complete, your order will be passed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Origin
All prints are fulfilled and shipped by my trusted print partner based in the United States. This means:

  • US customers benefit from faster and more predictable delivery times.

  • International customers (including UK & EU) should allow extra time for shipping and possible customs processing.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Standard Delivery*  

United States 2 - 5 business days

United Kingdom & Europe 7 - 15 business days

Rest of World 10 - 20 business days

Priority Delivery*

United States 2 - 3 business days

United Kingdom & Europe 5 - 10 business days

Rest of World 7 - 12 business days

Express Delivery*

United States 1 - 2 business days

United Kingdom & Europe 3 - 7 business days

Rest of World 4 - 8 business days

* Delivery times are after production (2–7 business days). International orders may experience delays due to customs or local postal services.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and method chosen. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
If you’re ordering from outside the US, your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery may be delayed while customs process the order.

Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details will be provided where available once your order ships. Depending on the local carrier, orders may be delivered directly, or to parcel lockers/post offices. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery window. I will work with my print partner to arrange a replacement or refund. (Photos may be required for damaged items.)

Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is custom-made, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. If your print is defective or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days so I can resolve the issue.
